Golden and Crispy Potato Semolina Pops
Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (cooled)
- 1/2 cup semolina
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare Mashed Potatoes Cook and mash potatoes until smooth. Allow them to cool to room temperature.
Step 2: Mix Ingredients In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, semolina, all-purpose flour, grated Parmesan cheese, finely chopped onions, chopped fresh parsley, garlic powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
