- 2 pounds raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¼ cup chopped green onions, plus more for garnish
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 large egg
- 2 Tbsp rice flour
- 4 cups vegetable oil
- Sweet chili sauce, for dipping
