No bake brownies

INGREDIENTS

Almonds and hazelnuts 60g (1/2 cup) of cocoa powder 1/4 tsp of salt 120g (1 1/4 cups) of almond flour 110ml (1/2 cup) of maple syrup 160g (1 cup) of chocolate chips 35ml (2 1/2 tbsp) of coconut oil

METHOD

  1. Add the almonds and hazelnuts, cocoa powder, salt, almond flour, and maple syrup into the food processor and mix.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the cake mold covered with parchment paper (18cm - mold size) and level it up well. Transfer to the fridge for 1 hour.
  3. Melt the chocolate chips with coconut oil. After 1 hour removes the cake from the fridge and pours the prepared chocolate.
  4. Transfer to the fridge for 10 minutes. After time has elapsed cut the brownies into squares and serve.
