- 1/8 cup spring onion
- 1 pc shiitake mushroom
- 1/2 white onion
Batter:
- 3/4 cup plain flour
- 3/4 cup water
- salt
Dipping sauce:
- 1/8 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp hot sauce (optional)
- toasted sesame seeds
