Easy Shahi Paneer
Ingredients:
β Paneer - 200 grams
β Everest Shahi Paneer Masala - 1 sachet
β Onion - 1 cup
β Tomato - 1 cup
β Ginger - 2 inch
β Garlic cloves - 12
β Cashews - 12
β Green chilli - 1
β Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
β Everestβs Kashmiri Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
β Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
β Roasted kasuri methi -1 tsp
β Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
β Salt to taste
β Cooking oil - 2 tbsp
Garlic Naan:
β Wheat flour - 2 cups
β Curd - 3 tbsp
β Sugar - 1 tsp
β Salt - 1/2 tsp
β Eno - 1/2 tsp
β Garlic - 1 tbsp
β Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
β Nigella seeds - 1 tsp
β Butter
Recipe:
β Add onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, green chilli and cashews in a pressure cooker.
β Add 1 cup of water and a little salt.
β Boil it for 2 -3 whistles on medium flame.
β Put it into a blending jar and blend it.
β Strain it and keep it aside.
β Heat oil and butter and shallow fry the paneer and take out.
β Add oil and add turmeric and red chilli powder, mix it well.
β Add blended paste and Everest Shahi Paneer Masala.
β Cook it for 3-4 mins on low flame.
β Add water and let the curry boil.
β Add fried paneer and fresh cream
β Add roasted kasuri methi and turn off the flame.
β Serve hot with laccha onion and garlic naan
