Today on the menu is the tasty summer recipe of zucchini with champignons baked in an oven in sour cream sauce. For the recipe choose young zucchini with a thin peel and fragrant cheese which melts well. Steps

  • 1. Wash zucchini and cut off tails. Let's cut vegetables into circles of 1 cm thick. If zucchini is young, it is possible not to clean them previously from a peel.
  • 2. Let's lay out circles of zucchini on a frying pan with the warmed up vegetable oil. Fry vegetables to a golden shade from two sides.
  • 3. Wash fresh champignons, if necessary, clean hats with a knife. Let's cut mushrooms into slices of medium thickness.
  • 4. Fry champignons on a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil to a golden shade, as well as zucchini.

  • 5. Grease a heat resisting ware for roasting with a small amount of vegetable oil. Let's lay out in a ware the fried ingredients, alternating circles of zucchini and slices of champignons. Salt vegetables with mushrooms and season with black ground pepper.

  • 9. Send vegetables with mushrooms to the oven warmed up to 180 degrees. Let's bake them at medium level for 20-25 minutes. When grated cheese melts and browns, the dish is ready.
