Green Onion and Egg Salad

Vitamin salad with green onion and eggs is very simple and quick to cook. However, the dish is very tasty and light. In addition to green onions, you can add other greenery: lettuce leaves, parsley, dill, basil or coriander leaves. Instead of mayonnaise, salad can be filled with sour cream or vegetable oil. Ready salad with green onions and eggs (photo with detailed recipe you will find below) can be served as an independent dish or as an addition to mashed potatoes or meat.

  • Egg

  • Cucumber
    1-2 pcs
  • Green onion
    50 g
  • Dill
    25 g
  • Mayonnaise
    50 g
  • Salt
    - to taste


  • 1. Wash the cucumber and cut off the tails. Cut the vegetables into small cubes.
  • 2. Boil hard the chicken eggs, cool and shell. Cut the boiled eggs into small cubes.
  • 3. Wash green onion feathers and cut into thin rings.
  • 4. In a deep salad bowl, let’s combine all the ingredients: cucumber, eggs and green onions.
  • 5. Let's taste the salad, add black ground pepper. Dress the salad with a small amount of mayonnaise, mix.
  • 6. Salad with green onion and eggs, the recipe I told you, is ready. Serve it on slices of brown bread.
