Ingredients:
For Marination:
- Paneer - 300 grams
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala -1/2 tsp
- Black pepper -1/4 tsp
- Salt to taste or 1 tsp
For Curd masala paste :
- Curd -1 cup
- Roasted kasuri methi -1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
- Coriander powder -2 tsp
- Cumin powder -1 tsp
- Garam masala -1 tsp
- Black pepper -1/4 tsp
For Onion Paste:
- Onion - 1 cup
- Green chilli - 4
- Garlic cloves - 16
- Coriander leaves -1/4 cup
- Cashews - 15
- Cooking oil -2 tbsp
For Curry:
- Cooking oil -4 tbsp
- Bay leaves - 1
- Black cardamom -1
- Mace -1/2 inch
- Prepared onion paste
- Prepared curd paste
- Fried paneer
- Salt to taste
- Roasted kasuri methi
- Butter -1 tbsp
