Ingredients:
- Assorted vegetables (bell peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, etc.)
- Quinoa or rice stuffing (1 cup, approximately 220 kcal)
- Feta or goat cheese (½ cup, approximately 200 kcal)
- Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, etc.)

- Salt and pepper to taste
- For Spicy Tomato Sauce:
- Tomatoes (4, diced)
- Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
- Red chili flakes (1 tsp, optional)

Steps:
