Potato Teaspoons: Delicious and Crunchy side Dish
INGREDIENTS
- 4 potatoes
- 80g (3/4 cup) of cornstarch
- 15g (1 1/4 tbsp) of sugar
- 5g (3/4 tsp) of salt
- Oil for frying
- Ketchup
METHOD
1. Peat and cut the potatoes into pieces and transfer them to the pot with the water. Boil for 30 minutes and then remove from the heat.
2. Smash the potatoes in the bowl and add the cornstarch, sugar, and salt and mix all to combine well.
3. Fill the potato mold with the mixture and remove the excess from the top. Transfer to the freezer for 10 minutes.
4. After 10 minutes remove the mixture from the mold and transfer to the pot with hot oil. Fry until golden brown.
5. Serve the potato teaspoons all together and dip them in ketchup.
