Baked White Fish
Baked white fish with onions and hard cheese is very gentle and fragrant. Preparation will take a minimum of time and effort, and the result will certainly please you. The fish prepared in this way is incredibly tasty and juicy. Mashed potato or rice is great side dishes.
Any white sea fish: cod, pollock, hake, halibut or tilapia will be suitable for the recipe. To save time, you can buy already made fillet without skin and bones in the store. Frozen fish should be defrosted in advance in the fridge, so it will remain juicy and keeps its taste qualities.

8. How much to bake the white fish? The exact time depends on the size of the fish pieces. The larger they are, the longer you'll need to bake them. In our case in 20-25 minutes the fish will be ready. 5 minutes before the end of the preparation let’s remove the cover or foil from the form so that the cheese from above becomes brown.
