Ingredients:
- 2 cups mashed potatoes (around 400 kcal)
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons grated ginger
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Samosa wrappers or phyllo dough
- Oil for frying
Preparation Steps:
