Crispy Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Additional sugar (for coating)
Steps:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 3: Add vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
Step 4: In a separate bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour and salt.
