Most often, chicken wings are marinated in various spices and baked in the oven until golden brown. But in hot weather, there is no wish to turn on the oven. In addition, not all housewives have the necessary appliances in the kitchen. Therefore, I propose to cook no less tasty chicken wings in a pan. First, fry them until golden brown in olive oil, and then simmer the meat in a spicy sour cream sauce. The wings are incredibly tasty, juicy and soft. Be sure to try this recipe, it is possible to cook any part of the chicken.

Ingredients

  • Chicken wings
    1 kg
  • Sour cream
    3 tbsp
  • Tomato sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Onion
    1 pcs
  • Garlic
    2-3 clove
  • Water
    200 ml
  • Olive oil
    2-3 tbsp
  • Salt
    - to taste
  • Black pepper
    0.5 tsp
  • Seasoning for chicken
    0.5 tsp
  • Parsley
    - to taste



Steps

  • 1. Wash chicken wings, dry with paper napkins. If there is a third phalanx on the wings, cut it off with a knife. Rub meat with a mix from salt and spices from all sides. Leave the chicken wings for at least 30 minutes to marinate.
  • 2. Carefully place the chicken wings into the pan with the heated olive oil. Fry the meat until golden brown on both sides.
  • 3. While the chicken wings are fried, prepare the vegetables. Clean onion bulb from the husk and cut quarters of rings. Chop garlic cloves slices.
  • 4. When the chicken wings are browned, add chopped onions and garlic to them. Mix and continue frying the ingredients together until the vegetables are soft.
  • 5. Make the sauce. In a separate container, combine sour cream, spicy tomato sauce, a pinch of salt and spices. I used a ready-made spice mix for chicken and black pepper. Add 200 ml of hot water or chicken broth and thoroughly mix.
  • 6. Fill the fried chicken wings with vegetables sour cream sauce. Stir and bring the sauce to a boil. Cover the pan with a lid and simmer the chicken wings for 20 minutes over low heat. During this time, the meat will be especially tender and juicy.
  • 7. Decorate stewed wings in a spicy sauce with parsley and serve with a side dish of potatoes, rice or pasta.
