The shrimp is cleaned, peeled, deveined, seasoned, marinated, and battered seasoned egg, all-purpose, cornstarch and panko bread crumb batter and fried to perfection. From there it is coated with a sweet, savory and slightly spicy honey sauce. The shrimp can also be served over rice as well. This recipe calls for 2 to 4 servings and it is delicious.
