Bounty Overnight Oats

Another healthy and delicious overnight oats recipe. For this time – bounty overnight oats. Perfect breakfast for bounty (coconut and chocolate) lovers.

Ingredients:

For the oats:

  • 1/2 cup (45g) Rolled oats
  • Pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) Coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup (70g) Coconut yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons Desiccated coconut
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener of your choice (optional)

For the topping (optional):

  • 2-3 cubes Dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut milk
  • Desiccated coconut

Directions:

1. Place all ingredients in a large glass/bowl/jar and mix until combined.

2. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.

3. Then melt the chocolate and coconut milk and mix until smooth.

4. Pour over the oats, spread evenly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

5. Before serving sprinkle some desiccated coconut.
