  • 4 packages (32 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

(Approximate total kcal: 450 per serving)

Instructions:

Step 1: Preparing the Crust Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to create the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.

Step 2: Creating the Cheesecake Filling In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add granulated sugar, eggs (one at a time), vanilla extract, heavy cream, sour cream, flour, and salt. Mix until the batter is creamy and well blended.

Step 3: Assembling and Baking Pour the cheesecake batter onto the prepared crust. Smooth the top with a spatula. Bake in a preheated oven according to the specified time and temperature or until the center is set. Allow it to cool completely.

Step 4: Preparing the Creme Brulee Topping Sprinkle an even layer of brown sugar over the cooled cheesecake. Using a kitchen torch, caramelize the sugar until it forms a golden-brown brulee crust.

Step 5: Chilling and Serving Refrigerate the cheesecake for several hours or overnight. Once fully chilled, remove from the springform pan, slice, and serve. Enjoy the delightful combination of creamy cheesecake and the satisfying crackle of the brulee topping.

Step 6: Optional Garnish For an extra touch, garnish with berries, mint leaves, or a drizzle of caramel sauce.

Creme Brulee Cheesecake is a show-stopping dessert that harmonizes the rich flavors of cheesecake with the signature crackle of creme brulee—a true delight for special occasions and celebrations.
