Spinach & Artichoke Dip-Stuffed Christmas Trees
Ingredients:
- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Rosemary sprigs for decoration (optional)
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Prepare Spinach & Artichoke Dip In a bowl, mix together thawed and drained chopped spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Step 2: Roll Out Crescent Dough Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Arrange the triangles in the shape of Christmas trees on a baking sheet, overlapping the edges slightly.
Step 3: Fill with Dip Spread the spinach and artichoke dip mixture along the center of each crescent roll Christmas tree.
Step 4: Seal and Bake Fold the edges of the crescent rolls over the dip mixture, sealing the edges. Bake in a preheated oven according to the crescent roll package instructions until the dough is golden brown.
