Preparation Time: 20 Minutes Serving: 4 Ingredients: Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)- 250 grams Corn flour- 3 tbsp All purpose flour(maida)- 2 tbsp Schezwan chutney - 1tbsp White vinegar - 1tsp Tomato kethcup - 1tbsp Soy sauce - 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp Garlic (chopped)- 5 to 6 Cooking oil Roasted peanuts - 25 gm approx. Salt to taste Red chilli powder - 1/4 tsp Honey or sugar - 1 tsp.
