Baby potato(boiled and peeled)- 500 gm

  • Onion (pyaaz)-1
  • Tomato(tamatar)-1 (small)
  • Ginger garlic paste(adrak lahsun ka paste) -1 tsp
  • Green chilli(hari mirch)- 1
  • Cumin seeds(jeera) - 1/3 tsp
  • Mustard seeds(sarso) -1/4 tsp
  • Curry leaves - 8 to 10
  • Tamarind juice (imli)- 2 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder (haldi powder)-1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) - 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder (jeera powder)-1/3 tsp
  • Coriander powder (dhania powder)- 1/3 tsp
  • Cooking oil(tel)- 4 tbsp
