Baby potato(boiled and peeled)- 500 gm
- Onion (pyaaz)-1
- Tomato(tamatar)-1 (small)
- Ginger garlic paste(adrak lahsun ka paste) -1 tsp
- Green chilli(hari mirch)- 1
- Cumin seeds(jeera) - 1/3 tsp
- Mustard seeds(sarso) -1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves - 8 to 10
- Tamarind juice (imli)- 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder (haldi powder)-1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder(lal mirch powder) - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder (jeera powder)-1/3 tsp
- Coriander powder (dhania powder)- 1/3 tsp
- Cooking oil(tel)- 4 tbsp
