 This recipe of traditional Paneer Biryani  is very easy to follow, easy enough for beginners as well.

Preparation Time : 45 Minutes Serving : 4

Ingredients:

Paneer-400 gm

Rice(basmati rice)-400 gm

Onion(slices)-3

Onion(chopped)-2

Green chilli- 3

Mint leaves(chopped)-1/2 cup

Coriander leaves(chopped)-1/2 cup

Bay leaves-2

Black cardamom-1

Cinnamon stick-2 inch

Tomato puree-1/2 cup

Ginger garlic paste-1 tbsp

Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp

Saffron(kesar) - 2 pinch(soaked in 3 tbsp of milk)

Ghee-4 tbsp

Cooking oil-250 gm(frying and cooking)

Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp

Red chilli powder-1.5 tsp

Cumin powder-1/2 tsp

Coriander powder-1/2 tsp

Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp

Biryani masala powder-4 tbsp Salt to taste
