- 45g Sugar
- 3g Instant dry yeast
- 1 Egg
- 25g Cooking oil/ Butter
- 300g Bread flour
- 3g Salt
Wait for 15 minutes
- Rise for 1 hour
- Mold size 25cm
- Rise for 40 minutes
- Bake at 180℃ for 20 minutes
