- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer or whisk until it reaches stiff peaks. This will give the ice cream a creamy texture.
- Gently fold in the sweetened condensed milk until well combined.
