- 2 Tbsp water
[Panna cotta]
- 180 ml(3/4 cup) heavy cream
- 180 ml(3/4 cup) milk
- 35 g(3 Tbsp) granulated sugar
- 5 g(1.5 tsp) gelatin powder (or 2 gelatin leaves)
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
