- Ghee -1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder -1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Roasted cumin powder -1 tsp
- Fresh coconut - 4 tbsp
- Mustard oil - 4 tbsp
- Water - 4 cups
- Salt to taste
