French Far Breton Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/4 cup rum
- 1/2 cup pitted prunes, soaked in rum
- Pinch of salt
- Butter for greasing
Cooking Steps:
Step 1: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish with butter.
Step 2: In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, beat the eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture, whisking continuously to avoid lumps.
