Easter Chocolate Eggs Nest
Ingredients
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups chow mein noodles
- 1 cup mini chocolate eggs or candy-coated chocolates
Steps
Step 1: Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring at intervals until smooth.
Step 2: Add chow mein noodles to the melted chocolate and gently fold until the noodles are coated.
Step 3: On a parchment-lined tray, shape the chocolate-coated noodles into nest-like formations.
Step 4: Place mini chocolate eggs or candy-coated chocolates in the center of each nest, pressing them slightly into the chocolate.
Step 5: Allow the nests to set in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or until the chocolate hardens.
Step 6: Carefully remove the nests from the tray and serve them on a festive plate or individually wrapped for Easter treats.
