Russian Cutlets (Pork Patties)
To cook homemade cutlets following this recipe you need minced pork and oats. As a result these cutlets are rich and tender so that you can add any garnish to them.

Porridge oats2 tbsp

Sunflower oil- to taste
Steps

6. Shallow fry them both sides until golden brown. In the end add a little water and cover with lid. Stew it for 5-10 minutes. If you want your cutlets to be more dietetic you can cook them in the oven instead of frying. For this, preheat the oven to 180o C, place them on the baking sheet covered with baking paper and bake them for 15-20 minutes. Our delicious and simple oats cutlets are ready! Enjoy your meal!
