Ukrainian Sprats Salad «Mix»
Prepare a delicious and original salad with sprats, hard cheese, fried champignons and wheat crumbs. To make the pitch more effective, I recommend forming the salad in portions using a culinary ring. Salad will look beautiful in the crockery or wide glasses. To decorate the dish, you can use roasted slices of champignons, boiled quail eggs, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, cranberry or red currant berries. To save time, onions and fresh champignons can be fried in advance and stored in the fridge.

Steps

1. Spread the “Mix” salad with layers. To do this, you can use a deep transparent salad bowl or serve the dish in portions with a help of culinary ring, as well as in small bowls or crocheted jacket.
Thoroughly wash and hard-boil chicken eggs with the addition of salt. Then cool them down, clean from the husks and grate on a grater with large holes. Lay the grated boiled eggs as the first layer in the serving bowl. Add a little salt and put a mesh of mayonnaise.
