Preparation time- 30 minutes Serving - 4 Ingredients: Split pigeon peas(toor/arhar dal)-1/2 cup Red Lentils(Masoor dal)-1/4 cup Raw mango(unripe mango)- 1(use 1/2 mango if the mango is very sour) Onion(chopped)-1 Cumin seeds-1/3 tsp Mustard seeds-1/3 tsp Dry red chilli-1 Asafoetida(hing)-1/4 tsp Cooking oil - 2 tbsp Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp Red chilli powder-1/2 tsp Salt to taste or 1.25 tsp
