Preparation time- 30 mins Serving- Ingredients: Cauliflower- 250 gm All purpose flour(maida)-1/3 cup Rice flour- 3 tbsp (you may use 2 tbsp of corn flour also) Red chilli powder- 1/3 tsp Ginger garlic paste- 1 tbsp Food colour(red)-1 pinch(optional) Cooking oil for frying Green chilli(chopped)- 2 Garlic cloves(chopped)-5 Onion(chopped)- 1(medium) Red chilli sauce- 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup- 2 tbsp Schezwan chutney- 1 tbsp Green chilli sauce- 1 tsp White vinegar- 1 tsp Soy sauce- 2 tsp Salt to taste Green chilli or spring onion for garnishing.
