Punjabi Rajma Chawal Recipe.
Preparation time - 45 minutes Serving - 3 Ingredients: Rajma (red kidney beans)- 1 cup(soak it overnight) Black caradmom - 1 (crushed) Cinnamon(dalchini)- 1 inch Bay leave - 1 Mace (javitri)-1/2 Tomato puree - 1/2 cup Green chilli (chopped)- 2 Onion - 3 Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Coriander leaves - 1/3 cup Cooking oil - 4 tbsp Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder - 1tsp Cumin powder -1/2 tsp Coriander powder - 1/3 tsp Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp Salt to taste Butter/ghee - 1tbsp For Rice: Rice - 1 glass Water- 1.5 glass.
