Paneer Lababdar Recipe In English
Dhabha Style Paneer Lababdar recipe by chef Kanak is a must try for all paneer and vegetarian lovers. The gravy comes out quite thick and is perfect main course recipe for vegetarians.
INGREDIENTS:
- 250 gms Paneer cut into triangles & little grated
- 4-5 tomatoes
- 3-4 cloves/laung
- 2 green cardamom/illaichi
- 2 small pieces ginger
- 6-8 garlic pods
- 12-15 cashews
- 3-4 tbsp butter/oil
- 2 small bayleaves/tejpatta
- 1 cinnamon stick/dalchini
- 3-4 onions finely chopped
- Salt
- 1 tsp red chilly powder
- 2 tsp coriander powder/dhania
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder/jeera
- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp kasoori methi
- 4 tbsp fresh cream
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Some fresh coriander
