Dhabha Style Paneer Lababdar recipe by chef Kanak is a must try for all paneer and vegetarian lovers. The gravy comes out quite thick and is perfect main course recipe for vegetarians.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 250 gms Paneer cut into triangles & little grated
  • 4-5 tomatoes
  • 3-4 cloves/laung
  • 2 green cardamom/illaichi
  • 2 small pieces ginger
  • 6-8 garlic pods
  • 12-15 cashews
  • 3-4 tbsp butter/oil
  • 2 small bayleaves/tejpatta
  • 1 cinnamon stick/dalchini
  • 3-4 onions finely chopped
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder
  • 2 tsp coriander powder/dhania
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder/jeera
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp kasoori methi
  • 4 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • Some fresh coriander
