Indian Style Chicken Soup

A common favourite all over the world, Clear Chicken Soup has been used traditionally as a warming dish to comfort the body and soul. This particular addition of chicken makes for a nutritious and sumptuous treat which can be served as a meal unto itself or as an appetizer before the main course
Ingredients:
- 1 Tbsp Oil
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 2 Cloves
- 20-25 Black Peppercorns
- 15 Garlic Cloves
- 1 Inch Ginger (Sliced)
- 1/4 Cup Spring Onion (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Bok Choy (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Carrot (Sliced)
- Chicken Bones
- Salt (As Per Taste)
- Water (As Required)
- 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 Red Chili (Sliced)
- 100 Gms Chicken (Juliennes)
- 1/2 Carrot (Diced)
- 1/4 Cup Green Beans
- 1/4 Cup Baby Corn (Chopped)
- 1/4 Cup Mushroom (Sliced)
- 2 Cups Chicken Stock
- 1/4 Cup Bok Choy (Chopped)
- 1 Tsp Madras Curry Powder
- 1 Tsp Soya Sauce
- 1/4 Tsp Vinegar
- 1 Tsp Aromatic Powder
- 1 Tbsp Cornflour Slurry
