Simon Diffords Vodka and SUZE Cocktail Recipe
This Boozy Suzy recipe is adapted slightly from Simon Difford's original which was created in 2015. The original recipe showcases the Gentian liqueur with it's woody and subtle bitter notes whilst the increase of grapefruit juice is more to my taste, adding stronger citrus flavours. The original recipe is 7.5mL of grapefruit juice, I used 15mL in the video below but still think a little bump (22.5mL) will work wonders.
INGREDIENTS
- 45mL Vodka (1½ oz)
- 15mL Suze (Gentian Liqueur)
- 15mL Bianco Vermouth
- 15mL Sugar Syrup (1:1)
- 22.5mL Grapefruit Juice (original recipe = 7.5mL)
- 2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
- Egg White (half)
