Wild Rice Soup
I love cooking wild rice any chance I get. I learned how to cook wild rice many years ago as a teen by chance because it was the only rice I had in my Dad's Pantry. Ever since that wild rice recipe I have been in love with wild rice as an ingredient, even more so that I am doing all vegan recipes for my diet. It is incredibly delicious, versatile, and very cheap.
