Banana and Chocolate Ice-Cream with Baileys
This ice-cream is easy to cook and doesn’t need an ice-cream maker. Of course, this dessert texture is different from premium full cream ice one which is based on pastry cream and heavy cream. And still, banana and chocolate ice-cream is very tasty and is cooked within minutes. Moreover, it isn’t caloric and if you add strong coffee instead of cream liqueur it will be a dainty for vegans. Altogether, there are only advantages and the most difficult thing is to wait until this dessert gets frozen.

Baileys liqueur50 ml

5. Cut chocolate with a knife and add to the ice-cream. You can mix it in or leave chocolate on the top of your dessert. Cover your container and put it in the freezer for a few hours. Take container out of the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving and leave at room temperature. Then you can serve ice-cream forming scoops with a special spoon.
