Aloo Paratha
Ingredients:
- 2 cups whole wheat flour (320 kcal)
- 4 medium-sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Ghee or oil for cooking
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Dough
- Knead the whole wheat flour with water to form a soft, pliable dough. Set aside.
