Bacon & Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 24 large button mushrooms, stems removed
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for brushing

Cooking Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Brush the mushroom caps with olive oil and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- In a bowl, combine crumbled bacon, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the bacon and cheese mixture, pressing it down gently.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the mushrooms are tender.
- If desired, broil for an additional 1-2 minutes for a golden brown top.
- Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
