The Best Beef Quesadilla
Ingredients
For Seasoned Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
For Quesadilla:
- Large flour tortillas
- Shredded Mexican blend cheese
- Sliced jalapeños (optional)
- Diced tomatoes
- Chopped green onions
- Sour cream and salsa for serving
Steps
Seasoned Beef: Step 1: In a skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef.
Step 2: Season the beef with taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until the beef is fully cooked and flavorful. Set aside.
Quesadilla Assembly: Step 3: Place a large tortilla on a flat surface.
Step 4: Sprinkle a generous amount of shredded Mexican blend cheese over half of the tortilla.
