Spicy Korean Carrots

Today I want to share with you a quick and simple recipe for cooking hot carrots in Korean. The main component of the dish is, naturally, carrots. Choose juicy vegetables of small size, so the snack will get even tastier. Coriander gives the snack a characteristic nut-spicy shade, so do not be lazy to buy this season in the nearest supermarket. If you use coriander grains, you must first grind them in a mortar. Additional ingredients for carrots in Korean are sugar and vinegar, which give vegetables a barely perceptible sweet and sour note. Be sure to try and prepare this snack for your family. I know, this recipe will become one of the most loved.
