I bring to your attention one more tasty and useful recipe of preparation of garlic arrows. The spicy taste of young scions is perfectly combined with various vegetables and spices. Therefore I decided to prepare garlic arrows with spicy korean carrots. Snack turns out very tasty and fragrant. It approaches perfectly as a side dish to various meat dishes and sausages.

  • Garlic arrows
    350 g
  • Carrot
    1 pcs
  • Vegetable oil
    2 tbsp
  • Apple cider vinegar
    1 tbsp
  • Soy sauce
    1 tbsp
  • Sugar
    1 tsp
  • Salt
    0.5 tsp
  • Coriander
    0.25 tsp
  • Korean seasonings
    0.5 tsp
  • Black pepper
    - to taste
  • Dill
    - to taste
  • Parsley
    - to taste


  • 1. Wash garlic arrows, cut off the top part together with not opened inflorescences. Let's cut garlic arrows on parts of 3 cm.
  • 2. Lay out the crushed garlic arrows on a frying pan with the warmed up vegetable oil. Stirring slowly, fry scions on medium fire to a subtle golden shade.
  • 3. Wash carrots, peel and grate into thin long straws on grater for Korean vegetables.
  • 4. In deep ware let’s combine fried garlic arrows and grated carrots.
  • 5. Let's add sugar, salt and ground spices to taste.
  • 6. Wash greenery of dill and parsley, small chop and add to other ingredients. Let's add to the mix soy sauce and apple vinegar.
  • 7. Let's mix snack and send it to the fridge for several hours so that ingredients are marinated.
  • 8. Serve ready garlic arrows with Korean carrots as cold appetizer.
