From cauliflower you can cook a lot of tasty and, most importantly, useful dishes. Delicate and juicy inflorescences of cauliflower are perfectly combined with other vegetables, meat, poultry, mushrooms and cheese. That is why cauliflower snacks are very popular. Today I propose to prepare snack waffles with hard cheese and greenery, the main ingredient of which will be cauliflower. The recipe for snacks is simple and fast enough, and the result will pleasantly surprise you. Ready waffles can be served as an independent snack with various sauces. Also, the products can be supplemented with slices of light-salted salmon, slices of ham or smoked chicken fillet.

How to Make Cauliflower Waffles


  • 1. Wash cauliflower and sort it into small inflorescences. Let's put it in a ladle or a pan with boiling water. Blanch cauliflower for 5 minutes, then drain water and cool it to room temperature.
  • 2. Put the blanched cauliflower in a blender bowl. Grind the vegetables to the consistence of mashed potatoes.
  • 3. Add 2 chicken eggs to the vegetables so that cauliflower waffles keep their shape.
  • 4. Let’s add sifted wheat flour, baking powder , salt and seasonings to the received mixture. Mix.
  • 5. Grind hard cheese on a large grater. Let's wash dill and parsley, finely cut and add to the rest of the ingredients. Thanks to fresh greenery, cauliflower waffles for the festive table will be even more fragrant. Mix the waffle dough thoroughly.
  • 6. Heat the electric waffle maker, grease the plates with olive oil. In each cell put 1 tablespoon of ready-made dough for waffles.
  • 7. Let's close the waffle maker. Prepare the products for 3-5 minutes until golden.
  • 8. Cauliflower waffles are ready. Let’s serve them with spicy ketchup or sour cream sauce with garlic.
