Kadhi Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg curd/dahi
- 1 large onion 250 g/piaz
- 1 tsp salt/namak
- 1 tsp turmeric/haldi
- 1 tsp red chilli powder/pisi hui laal mirchen
- 1 cup gram flour/besan
- 2.5 liter water/pani
Pakora Ingredients:
- 1 cup gram flour/besan
- 1 tsp salt/namak
- 1 tsp red chilly powder/pisi hui mirchen
- 1/4 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
- 1 tsp cumin powder/pisa zeerah
- 1/4 tsp baking soda/khanay ka soda
- Oil/tail for frying pakoras
Ingredients for Garnish/Baghar:
- 1/2 cup Oil/tail
- 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds/dana methi
- 1 tsp Cumin/zeerah
- 8 dry red chillies/sabat laal mirchen
- 1 small onion/piaz
- 12 curry leaves/kari pattay
