Kadhi Ingredients:

  • 1/2 kg curd/dahi
  • 1 large onion 250 g/piaz
  • 1 tsp salt/namak
  • 1 tsp turmeric/haldi
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder/pisi hui laal mirchen
  • 1 cup gram flour/besan
  • 2.5 liter water/pani

Pakora Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gram flour/besan
  • 1 tsp salt/namak
  • 1 tsp red chilly powder/pisi hui mirchen
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds/ajwain
  • 1 tsp cumin powder/pisa zeerah
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda/khanay ka soda
  • Oil/tail for frying pakoras

Ingredients for Garnish/Baghar:

  • 1/2 cup Oil/tail
  • 1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds/dana methi
  • 1 tsp Cumin/zeerah
  • 8 dry red chillies/sabat laal mirchen
  • 1 small onion/piaz
  • 12 curry leaves/kari pattay
