Kofta Curry

Ingredients for Kofta:

  • Poppy seeds/khaskash 1 tsp heaped
  • Roasted chickpeas/ bhunay chanay 2 tbsp or 2tbsp roasted gram flour
  • Salt/namak 1 tsp level
  • All spice powder/pisa hua garam masalah 1 tsp level
  • Mace powder/ jawatri pisi hui 1/8 tsp
  • Nutmeg powder/jaifal powder 1/8 tsp
  • Red chilli powder/pisi hui mirch 1 tsp
  • Meat or ground meat/ Gosht/ qeema 1/2 kg
  • Onion/ piaz 1 medium 70g
  • Garlic paste /pisa hua lehsan 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste/pisi hui adrak 1 tsp
  • Green chilies/hari mirch 4
  • Coriander leaves/ Cilantro/ Hara dhania bareek kata hua 1/2 cup
  • Brown onion/ tali hui piaz 2 tbsp

Ingredients for Gravy:

  • Onion/piaz 2 medium 250 gm
  • Oil /tail 1/2 cups
  • Garlic paste/pisa hua lehsan 1 tsp
  • Ginger paste/ adrak pisi hui 1 tsp
  • Salt / namak 1 tsp heaped
  • Coriander powder/ dhani pisa hua 1 tsp heaped
  • Red chilly powder/pisi hui laal mirchen 1 tsp heaped
  • Turmeric / haldi 1/2 tsp
  • Kashmiri mich 1 tsp
  • Yogurt/dahi 1/2 cup
