Preparation Time : 20 minutes Serving: 3 Ingredients : Paneer (Indian cottage cheese)- 200 gm Corn flour(corn starch) - 1/3 cup White/black pepper powder (kali mirch /safed mirch powder)-1/4 tsp Dry red chilli (sukhe lal mirch)- 4 Ginger garlic paste(adrak lahsun ka paste) -1/2 tsp Garlic cloves(lahsun)- 4 Spring onion(hara pyaz)- 1/3 cup White portion of spring onion Soy sauce - 1tbsp Brown/white sugar(chini) - 1 tsp Salt to taste or (namak) -1/2 tsp Red chilli Powder(lal mirch powder) - 1/3 tsp (optional) Cooking oil - 5 tbsp
