Preparation time- 40 minutes Serving- 5 Ingredients: Boiled potato - 750 gms Onion paste - 1 cup (3 medium onion) Tomato puree/paste - 1/2 cup(2 tomato) Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp Sugar- 1/4 tsp (optional) Cooking oil- 4 tbsp Bay leaves(tejpatta)-2 Cloves(lavang)- 2 Dry red chilli(lal mirch)-1 Cinnamon(dalchini)- 1inch Mace (javitri) -1/4 Cumin powder(jeera)- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder (haldi)- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder(mirchi)- 1 tsp Coriander powder (dhania)- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder(dhania)-1/2 tsp Garam masala powder-1/2 tsp Salt to taste(namak) Coriander leaves(dhaniya patta) Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp Green chilli- 3 to 4
