INGREDIENTS: 1 cup maida/all purpose flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1/2 tsp salt 2 tbsp oil Water to knead 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup processed cheese 1/2 tsp red chilly flakes 1/2 tsp mixed herb seasoning Oil/butter for cooking.
