Preparation time- 30 minutes Chakli- 25 approx. Ingredients: Rice flour - 1 cup Gram flour (besan)- 1/3 cup Turmeric powder -1/4 tsp Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp Asafoetida(hing)- 1/4 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp or as per taste Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp Sesame seeds - 1 tsp Carom seeds -1/2 tsp Butter/ghee - 4 to 5 tbsp Cooking oil to fry.
