Gobi/Cabbage Manchurian is a very popular Indo Chinese appetiser, there are two ways to prepare it one is dry and other is with gravy. Today we will make Dry Gobi Manchurian, it is very very easy to prepare, you just have to follow every step shown in the recipe. - 2-3 Medium Sized Cabbage
- 2 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Red Chili Powder
- 2-3 Chopped Green Chilis
- Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 2-3 tsp Schezwan Sauce
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garam Masala
- 3-4 tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 3-4 tbsp Corn Flour
- Oil For Frying
- 2-3 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Ginger
- 1 tbsp Finely Chopped Garlic
- Finely Chopped Green Chilis
- Spring Onion Whites
- Chopped Capsicum
- Salt
- Black Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- 2 tsp Red Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp Schezwan Sauce
- 2 tsp Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 cup Water
- Spring Onion Greens
